RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Different exchange and refund policy is applied to the vintage and new garments. However, we strive to provide the best online shopping experience possible with our tailored returns policy to give you maximum flexibility and ease.

 

NEW GARMENTS

If you wish to exchange or refund an item you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. We will then send you a Return Authorization and instructions on returning the garment. Once the authorization is approved, the garment must be delivered back to us via trackable delivery within 5 days in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Items returned within 5 days after authorization will be issued with an E-Boutique store credit (excluding postage cost), valid for 6 months, and can be used on any purchase in store.

Returns and exchange must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer, so please take due care when trying on your order. MILK reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable.

VINTAGE

Vintage clothing is often pre-loved and in second hand condition – meaning minor signs of wear and tear are to be expected. At Milk Shop we strive to provide accurate descriptions of all items after careful inspection, ensuring the disclosure of any visible faults.

Refunds or exchange will only be granted as a result of gross misinterpretation or in the rare case where a major fault may have been overlooked. MILK reserves the right to deny refunds for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘wrong fit’ and it is your sole responsibility to check our descriptions and measurements accurately prior to checkout as all sales are final.

CAN I RETURN SALES ITEM?

All sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


DO I GET MY CASH BACK WITH REFUNDS?

Items returned within 5 days after authorization will be issued with an E-Boutique store credit (excluding postage cost), and can be used on any future purchase in store. Valid for only 6 months.


FAULTY ITEM

We thoroughly inspect all items before sending them out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. At Milk Shop we strive to provide accurate descriptions of all items after careful inspection, ensuring the disclosure of any visible faults.

We are happy to replace, repair or exchange goods in the case of a manufacturing fault or in the case of gross misrepresentation.

*Please be aware that some colours may be displayed differently depending on the monitor in which they are being viewed and also taken as close to the original colour as possible.
