HOW DO I PURCHASE?

Once you’ve finished browsing, click on “Checkout” to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on “Make Purchase” to complete your order.

Please be aware that by clicking “Add to Cart” you are telling our system you would like to purchase this item, in which it will be held for you. So if you wish not to purchase the item, please remove or empty your shopping cart as this will help to avoid delays in purchases for any other customers.

Alternatively, you can use our site’s currency converter to change AUD into other country’s currency to make browsing easier. However, exchange rates paid will be determined by your bank/paypal/ payment provider.

We ship via Regular Post. If you prefer security and online tracking facilities, please opt for Express Post Platinum, with extra charges, so please email us for quotation and arrangement.

We aim to deliver your item as quickly and efficient as possible but please allow 2-3 business days for packaging your order and ordinary delivery within Australia.

Do inform us if you have not received your parcels within 10 business days after your order has been posted out. However, we are NOT held responsible for items lost or stolen from postal service once posted.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to offer FREE Registered Post International delivery when you spend AUD$250 or more at MILK

MILK offers a flat rate of $10 for all international orders below $250, via Regular Post International.

All international orders can take between 7–14 business days to be delivered.

If you would like your postage to be registered, there will be additional fees. Please email us prior to purchase for quotation and arrangement. Registered post comes with tracking number and sign upon receiving the parcels.

For our international customers, all prices quoted on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs/import duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information, fees varies from country to country.

MILK shop has no control over the customs and is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service or customs department. We highly recommend ensuring someone is home on day of delivery to receive your package safely.
